On the first of the month for the next SIX MONTHS, your credit card will be charged $65. This will put an automatic "credit" on your account for either "one" ElectroBodySculpting or Infrared Body Wrap treatment. Any additional sessions for the month would also be at the $65 pricing.
Opting OUT early from this "SIX MONTH program" will result in additional charges being posted to your credit card reflecting "actual" treatment charges for services provided during the months on the program less the $150 membership fee.
Should there be any unused treatments at the end of your SIX MONTH program they will be lost ... treatments not scheduled and serviced during this commitment period CANNOT be rolled over past the end date.
